  1. No limited warranty is provided by Muzee unless your Muzee Product ("Product") was purchased from an authorized distributor or authorized reseller in Taiwan.
   
2. Please see below for warranty information or obtaining service. No warranty service is provided unless the Product is returned to an authorized return center in Taiwan.
   
3. Product is covered by a limited 12 months warranty from defects in material and workmanship. This 12 months warranty is specific to the date of purchase as shown on your purchase receipt in Taiwan region only.
     
  4. 4. This warranty does not apply if, in the judgment of Muzee, the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse or misuse, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product's instructions, has been modified in any way, or has a defaced or removed serial number. Repair by anyone other than Muzee or an approved agent voids this warranty. The maximum liability of Muzee is the product purchase price.
     
  5. Muzee only repairs or replaces the defective unit and will not return or exchange other accessories, such as blister pack, insert card, manual and so on.
     
  6. Out-of-warranty items may be returned for service and repair for a flat fee. All repair services are subject to a fee after the stated 12 months warranty.
     
  7.
After repair services, replaced parts will belong to Muzee. Muzee can use any other new or used workable parts for replacement.
     
  8. This warranty does not apply if your personally data inside of flash drive being deleted or formatted during repair services.
